Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Bookings

 

We are a private clinic operating by appointment only. All appointments must be booked via our online booking system.

If you have not previously attended the clinic for treatment, you are required to book a Skin & Lesion Advanced Assessment prior to any procedure being carried out.

Skin & Blemish Consultation

 

The Skin & Blemish Consultation is a standalone professional service designed to provide advanced evaluation of the skin and/or benign lesions.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Full payment is required up from for courses of treatment, in order to receive the discount

  • Assessment fees are non-refundable

  • Assessment fees are non-redeemable against treatment

 

The assessment fee covers clinical time, advanced skin and/or lesion evaluation, risk assessment, professional guidance, and personalised treatment planning, regardless of whether treatment proceeds.

This assessment does not replace diagnosis by a GP or consultant dermatologist.

We offer this type of medical screening within the clinic through established partnerships with leading dermatology consultants in the UK and in collaboration with Community Dermatology, enabling appropriate onward referral and specialist input where clinically indicated.

 

Payments

 

Skin & Lesion Advanced Assessment
Full payment is required upon booking for all Skin & Lesion Advanced Assessment appointments.

 

Treatment Appointments

For treatment bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the option to pay the full amount in advance.
If a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

 

Age Restrictions

 

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required prior to treatment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client-Initiated)

 

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the appointment fee or deposit being retained

  • All Skin & Lesion Advanced Assessment appointments remain non-refundable

 

Clinic-Initiated Rescheduling

 

On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule appointments due to clinic scheduling changes, practitioner availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will aim to provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payments made will be transferred to a future appointment or refunded accordingly.

 

Late Arrivals

 

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may be unable to complete the full appointment. Treatment time may be shortened, and full payment will still be required, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

 

Clinical Discretion

 

We reserve the right to refuse, defer, or discontinue treatment if, in our professional opinion, a treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, or outside our scope of practice.

Where appropriate, alternative options or referrals may be recommended. Assessment fees and deposits remain non-refundable.

 

Treatment Outcomes

 

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, condition, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice. No guarantee of outcome can be given.

 

Clinic Environment

 

To maintain a professional, calm, and safe clinic environment:

  • Children are not permitted in the clinic

  • Only clients with an appointment are permitted in treatment rooms

  • One accompanying adult may attend if required; additional guests cannot be accommodated

 

Amendments & Pricing

 

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or adjust treatment prices at any time without prior notice.

Prices may vary from those displayed on the website, emails, messages, printed materials, or promotional content.

 

Health & Safety

 

Some skin assessment forms will be emailed prior to your appointment to collect essential medical and health information. These must be completed before attending.

The clinic operates from licensed premises and follows strict hygiene, infection control, and clinical governance protocols.

  • All reusable instruments are sterilised using an autoclave, the gold standard in medical sterilisation

  • Appropriate clinical waste management procedures are in place

  • Treatment rooms and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepared between each client

  • Disposable items are used where appropriate.

 

If you are unwell or unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. With 48 hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the appointment fee being forfeited.
