Terms & Conditions

We are a private clinic operating by appointment only. The best way to book is through our online booking system. If you have not seen us before for any treatment, you will need to book a consultation before proceeding with any procedure.

 

Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the option to pay in full. If a 50% deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment in the clinic.

 

Age Restrictions

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required before treatment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the deposit being retained, and a new booking will be required.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete your full treatment. While we will do our best to accommodate you, treatment time may be shortened, and full payment will still be required.

 

Clinic Environment

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, we do not allow children in the clinic. Additionally, while you are welcome to bring one other person with you, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests, as we cannot accommodate them.

 

Amendments & Pricing

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or adjust treatment prices without prior notice. Prices may vary from those shown in emails, messages, literature, or on the website.

Health & Safety Information

 

Please read what to expect when you visit the clinic.

  1. Some consultation forms will be emailed before appointments.​ For us to gather important health information.

  2. As a small clinic we cannot accommodate children, friends or family, only clients with an appointment will be allowed into the clinic.​

  3. We have air purifiers in each treatment room. The Radic8 Viruskiller neutralises 99.9999% of viruses in a single air pass including Covid19. ​

  4. We provide hand gel throughout the clinic.

  5. We have the option to wear a visor or mask depending on the service and disposable gloves.

  6. Disposable bio-degradable towels and paper towels will be used, aswell as towels that will be cleaned on a 60 degree wash cycle.​

  7. We follow strict sterilisation rules using Barbicide for our tools, sterile disposable needles and sharps boxes for clinical waste.

  8. Surgical spirit and disinfectant is used to clean the rooms and a disinfectant spray used for furnishings.​

In the event that you are unwell or can not make your appointment, as long as 48 hours notice is given, your appointment can be re-scheduled to another time. if you cancel within 48hrs, your appointment cost will be lost and no refunds will be given.
