Terms & Conditions

We are an exclusive clinic and run by appointment only, please see our booking system through our website for availability.

Once a booking has been requested, The Expert Skin Clinic may invoice you to make payment. please note although card details are taken at time of booking, no payment is made until requested to you by a therapist from The Expert Skin Clinic.  No refunds will be given, but you may move your appointment 48 hours before the start time.

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment booking.  You will be automatically charged half the treatment cost for missed appointments and appointments cancelled  under 48 hours notice. 

We understand from time to time you may be delayed and arrive late for your appointment. On these rare occasions we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. We will try to accommodate you as best we can with the time we have on the day.  Full payment is required for shortened treatments.  Half the treatment cost is charged if you have to rearrange your appointment.

We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the cost for treatments without prior notice to our clients. Prices may differ to that shown on emails, messages, literature, Ovatu booking site or our website.

For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients having relaxing treatments we have a “No children or babies” policy at the clinic. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child’s welfare so for the safety of us, the clinic, and the child we ask our clients not to bring young children to the clinics.

We also ask you not to bring in friends or family as we are a small clinic and cannot accommodate anyone else other than the clients booked in.

​

Please note our clinic is accessible by stairs and we are on the second floor within Finn & Co hair salon.

​

Please be aware our we are located in the town centre and occasionally outside noise may be heard, which is obviously out of our control.

​

Under 16's will need parental consent for treatments.

​

You may be emailed a review request, we would be grateful if you could send us your feedback on your treatment.

Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By entering our current Instagram giveaway, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by The Expert Skin Clinic.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram itself.

Eligibility to Enter

The giveaway is open to entrants living in the UK and over 18 years of age. The Expert Skin Clinic employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

Entry requirements are as follows;

You must be following The Expert Skin Clinic on Instagram.

You like this post , and tag a friend in the comments. 

Please note, for your friend to also be entered into the giveaway, they need to be following our Instagram page, like the post and tag someone in the comments too. 

For an additional entry, you need to follow us on Facebook and send us a screenshot proving you have done so via Instagram DM’s.

The giveaway will close on Tuesday 28th May at 5pm.

The Prize

The giveaway prize is a £250 voucher for The Expert Skin Clinic, to use on any of our treatments, excluding injectables.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

​

The Expert Skin Clinic's decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via Instagram DM from The Expert Skin Clinic account only on Thursday 30th May 2024.

​

The Expert Skin Clinic will make two attempts to contact the winner via Instagram DM.

​

If the winner does not respond to the messages informing them of their win within 72hrs of the second message, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Expert Skin Clinic reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will be sent a £250 voucher once they have responded via Instagram DM, which they will have 6 months to redeem. Larissa will then communicate with them to arrange a consultation then book in their treatment(s) when they’re ready.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Expert Skin Clinic for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing theexpertskinclinic@gmail.com . 

Limitation of Liability

The Expert Skin Clinic accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of entering the giveaway or being selected for the prize.

General

The Expert Skin Clinic reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
